Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request via email to mlip.gamma@gmail.com within this period.

2. Refund Conditions

We provide refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing the service from working
  • Duplicate charges
  • Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be available if:

  • The request is made after the 14-day period
  • The service was successfully delivered but user dissatisfaction is due to personal preferences
  • The generated photo does not meet specific institutional requirements (users are responsible for verifying requirements)

5. Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

6. Payment Processor

All payments are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
